New Player Registration Springfield tigers 2026
Date: January 5 - July 3, 2026 | Sport: Youth Tackle Football
Springfield Tigers requires ALL PARTICIPANTS to register online. Paper registration forms will not be accepted.
Tackle football documents need to be submitted during one of two hand-in days (TBD) or at equipment pickup if registered after these dates.
Refunds: NO REFUNDS! The organization must plan ahead for number of players for all equipment, league fees, insurance, and other expenses.
Note: There is an additional $12.99 fee that must be paid on subsequent pages for player verification. This is a separate and mandatory fee to be paid directly to NSID.
Parents are responsible for providing players cleats, chin strap (for helmet), practice pants, practice jersey, athletic supportive cup (optional), and colored mouthpieces that attaches to their helmets.
